If not clear about our color group listings just ask first please.  Basically though there are 4 groups.  Our Standard Colors, Fancy Color Patterns, Dichroic Colors & our 24K Ruby Gold Color.  All are at different prices. Again if not clear on what is in what group just ask us anytime ok.

Also please be sure that if you have any special size preferences or need more exact details on the sizing for any item just ask us. As for example if you like your over all lengths, wearable areas or flares shorter or longer than normal please just tell us in the order notes or by convo. Otherwise we will let the artists make them as they feel are appropriate based on the gauge size.

And again please if you have any other special requests too at all on the style, color(s), shape or pattern please contact us first to discuss your questions with us.

Sorry but unfortunately the Silver/Gold, 24K Ruby Gold & Dichroic colors are not available for this listing.  If interested in these colors for a project please either go to the appropriate listings or contact us directly about some possible options if any.

P.S. Every piece is hand made completely one at a time from the raw materials with no finished stock carried.

So if you have a specific shape or approximate length, height or width preferences in mind for your order please let us know in the order notes or by convo.

For example if you don’t like long pieces and want them short sized please simply just tell us clearly before we make them for you okay.

Or say if it is really important for your pieces to have an extra long tail, short tail, larger flare, shorter or longer wearable area, or a special anything please again just let us know when ordering.  Otherwise they will be made to each artist's personal preferences.

So also please understand items will not match the photos exactly.  Even pieces in the same set are not always going to be matching perfectly.  It's just how glass by hand comes out slightly different every piece.

Also please note that the colors are hand made too and vary from the photos as well so please be well aware of this point.  The photos are only a reference that are approximate to the designs and in real life colors can be lighter, brighter or darker.

And of course if the photo listings are usually for a larger size please also understand that a smaller size ordered will look different too.  This is important as you can't expect a 10g (2.5 mm) spirals to show as much color, design & pattern as a 0g (8 mm) or even 00g (10 mm) spirals.  As 10g (2.5 mm) is only the size of about a strand of spaghetti pasta.  Especially with the Dichroic colors or multi color requests they just won't work well in very small sizes as there's not enough space to put the colors in or for showing clearly.

Plus certainly you can't expect anything in shapes say 8g (3.3 mm) or less gauge to be very strong either as it's so thin & thus fragile. Especially sizes 10g (3.3 mm) or less for many shapes.  And so thus you really need to be careful handling any small jewelry to avoid breakage on these sizes or smaller and even larger ones too.  Again these  items are all made from glass friends and glass can crack & break if not handled delicately. Still even sometimes if you are being careful they will break anyway while putting on, wearing, taking off or just trying to store them... that's just how fragile glass can be in some cases particularly again in the smaller sizes.

Also please note that as hand made the sizes can be off by as much as 0.5 -1.0 mm or so too.  Just so you are aware of this as well ok. These are not perfect sizes almost ever.

Regarding production these times can vary greatly so please pay attention during check out to the listed estimates shown and what we post in our about page & shipping page information for more details on that if ever needed.  

You can also contact us anytime too about this or any matters at all of course no worries.

And if you ever need an exact ship by date please just contact us directly too for one anytime no problem.

All normal shipping is done by Registered & Certified Thailand Air Post.  With the final delivery for both services being done by your local Postal Service after passing through your country's customs inspections first.  Unless you select the more expensive option of Express Shipping as then we use DHL Express or EMS Post. All of which include a tracking number.  And usually you must sign for the shipment at least during normal times so please track it to ensure a smooth, timely and trouble free delivery process.  

Please try your best to patient with the international shipping times and understand that we can not control it.  If you are not clear on the current shipping arrival times as posted in our about page or shipping page please contact us directly about it for more information ok.

Again it is best to always start tracking any shipment after no later than 3 weeks maximum after leaving Thailand just in case it arrives early until it is safely in your hands.  As if there is a missed delivery attempt you can see it and then contact the local post office right away for redelivery or after calling to confirm it is there first then just go pick it up in person with your tracking number & some proper ID.  

Missed deliveries that are not checked on by you will often be shortly returned to us.  So please be aware of this.

Returned shipments sent back to us for any reason other than us sending to the wrong address will be charged to you to re-ship again one more time (please check the shipping info details on this if needed for the current pricing to re-ship any returned orders).

Please note that you are fully responsible to pay any and all duties, taxes or other costs as required by law in your country of residence where we are shipping the goods to.

And seriously if you are not happy with something please talk with us first before requesting a refund or complaining to Etsy or PayPal.  That is all we ask of you friends.  As we will always try our best to solve each and every problem if at all possible.  And so we would really appreciate the chance first to do so.
