Refund policy
Cancellations: Customers have 48 hours to cancel any orders for a full refund. But after that time please contact us as if we have not made the product or shipped it yet then we are normally happy to cancel the order for you as well. Orders that have been made and shipped already can not be refunded as everything is made to order for each customer specifically. Except when the order is lost, arrives broken or if we shipped the customer the wrong items by our mistake. Cancelled orders will be refunded within 72 hours during business days not including weekends or holidays. The refund method will be the same as the original payment method received.
Refunds: Cancelled orders as mentioned above within 48 hours will receive a full refund. The refund method will be the same as the original payment method received. Any orders after 48 hours that we have not been made or shipped yet may be refunded in full too if possible just contact us please to discuss. But again if the order was already made and or shipped then no refund is possible unfortunately since we custom make each order in line of receipt by hand for just for you. Unless of course the shipment is lost, arrives broken or we shipped the customer the wrong items by our mistake. Regarding lost shipping items if after 10 weeks there are no updates on the tracking number information then we consider that item as lost and will either refund the customer or if they prefer send out another shipment again as soon as possible.
Returns: Returns are normally not accepted as again everything is custom made to order specifically for each customer. But if we do agree to a return then customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Plus all returns need to be sent with a tracking number so we can follow the shipment closely back to us and you can prove that you sent it. Also finally the items must arrive back to us in the same condition that they were sent. Please contact us first for full information on how to best ship the items back to us. Refunds for authorized returns once confirmed they have safely arrived back to us will be processed within 72 hours during business days not including weekends or holidays. The refund method will be the same as the original payment method received.
