Shipping policy

 

Our current production times average about 3-4 weeks normally.  Sometimes it can be 5-6 weeks or slightly longer. If you are in a hurry please contact us and we can normally speed up the production time for you by moving you up in the line.  But if you can wait the normal time we would really appreciate it a lot. As we are mostly very busy with orders.  Particularly so of course during the major holiday seasons.

We ship all orders from Thailand with the Thai Post using our Standard Free International Air Shipping Service including a Tracking Number for you.  This shipping requires a signature upon receipt unless you have a relationship with your local post office for them to leave it at your place without a signature. 

Usually the shipping times are 3-4 weeks on average to almost anywhere globally.  But can be longer or shorter of course depending on your country's location & the season ordered.  Longer than 4-5 weeks is rare but happens too.  If nothing is updated after 8 weeks we will do a trace for you.

And if tracking shows that a shipment does not move or is not updated for 10 straight weeks then we declare it lost and will either refund or resend you another set depending on what you feel is best for you.

Obviously during the holiday seasons or during special situations such as health issues or natural disasters shipping can take longer than usual.

Also available at added costs is an Express Shipping option.  It's a flat fee of $50 USD for any amount of purchases and to anywhere in the world with tracking of course. Normally this takes about 7-10 days to arrive once shipped but can be sooner.  We use either DHL Express or a similar Express Service.

Customers are fully responsible for all Custom's Taxes & Duties charged in their country.

If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered mail the buyer just needs to pay $12.50 USD again for the reshipping fees.  So please be careful to follow each shipment carefully after about 2 weeks from leaving Thailand to avoid any problems using the tracking number supplied by us.  This way you can ensure a safe, speedy delivery and trouble free delivery process.
