If not clear about our color group listings just ask first please.  Basically though there are 4 groups.  Our Standard Colors, Fancy Color Patterns, Dichroic Colors & our 24K Ruby Gold Color.  All are at different prices. Again if not clear on what is in what group just ask us anytime ok.

Also please be sure that if you have any special size preferences or need more exact details on the sizing for any item just ask us. As for example if you like your over all lengths, wearable areas or flares shorter or longer than normal please just tell us in the order notes or by convo. Otherwise we will let the artists make them as they feel are appropriate based on the gauge size.

And again please if you have any other special requests too at all on the style, color(s), shape or pattern please contact us first to discuss your questions with us.

P.S.  Every item is hand made completely one piece at a time from the raw materials with no finished stock carried.

So again if you have a specific shape or approximate length, height or width preferences in mind for your order please let us know in the order notes or by convo.

For example if you don’t like long pieces and want them shorter or longer sized please simply just tell us clearly before we make them for you okay.

Or say if it is really important for your pieces to have an extra long tail, short tail, larger flare, shorter flare, shorter or longer wearable area, or a special anything please again just let us know when ordering. 

As otherwise the artists will do something only similar based on what they think is the correct balance for each gauge size vs the design as everything is completely hand made to order.

Also please understand that the items will not match the photos exactly.  Even matching pieces in a set are not always the same. 

All the colors we use are hand made and can vary greatly too so please be aware about this too (the photos are only an approximate reference to the items but in real life the colors can be either lighter or darker slightly).

And of course if the photo listing shown is for a larger size please understand that a smaller size order will look different too. 

This is important as you can't expect a 10g (2.5 mm) spiral to show as much color as a 0g (8 mm) or 00g (10 mm) and larger spiral.  As 10g (2.5 mm) is only the size of about a strand of spaghetti pasta.  Especially Dichroic colors or multi color requests won't work well in these very small sizes just not enough space to put the colors in there and have a good effect.

Plus certainly you can't expect anything in the more elaborate shapes say around 8g (3.3 mm) or less to be very strong either as they are so very thin.  Again imagine 10g (2.5 mm) which is again only the thickness of a stand of spaghetti pasta. 

And so thus you really need to be careful putting on, wearing, taking off, handling & storing any small sized jewelry to avoid breakage.  As these are all made from glass friends and glass can crack or break if too much pressure is placed on it.

Also please note that as hand made the sizes can be off by as much as 0.5 -1.0 mm or so sometimes too.  Just so you are aware ok.  These are not like going to be exact sizes.  If that is super important to you let us know and we will try extra hard to do them as close as possible to the requested measurements for you.

Regarding production these times can vary greatly so please pay attention during check out to the listed estimates shown and what we post in our about page & shipping page information for more details on that if needed. 

You can contact us anytime too about this or any matters at all for more information (if you don't hear back in 24-48 hours please resend the message again as we have many messages and sometimes miss one rarely).

Also if you ever need an exact ship by date please just contact us directly for one anytime no worries.

All shipping is done by either Registered & Certified Thailand Air Post or DHL Packet Plus International Standard both of which include a tracking number.  With the final delivery for both services being done by your local Postal Service after passing through your country's customs inspections first.  You must sign for the shipment at least during normal times so please track it regularly during shipping to ensure a smooth, timely and trouble free delivery process. 

Please also try your best to patient with the international shipping times and understand that we can not control it.  If you are not clear on the current shipping estimated times as posted in our about page or on the shipping page please contact us directly about it for more information ok.

If you wish to speed up the shipping times we have an express shipping option at extra cost so if interested please contact us about it or you can see more information about it in the shipping section again too.

Best to always start tracking any shipment after 2-3 weeks maximum of leaving Thailand just in case it arrives early until it is safely in your hands.  As if there is a missed delivery attempt you can see it and then contact the local post office right away for either a redelivery attempt or after calling to confirm it is there first then just go pick it up in person with your tracking number & some proper ID. 

Missed deliveries that are not checked on by you will be returned to us by the Post Office although it can take some time to arrive back to Thailand.

Returned shipments sent back to us for any reason other than our sending to the wrong address will be charged to you to reship again (please check the shipping info details on this for the current pricing to reship returned orders again).

Please note that you are fully responsible to pay any and all duties, taxes or other costs as required by law in your country of residence where we are shipping the goods to.
