While we were looking around his studio we saw this unusual \u0026amp; unique piece definitely a one of a kind in his gallery shop. So we asked about it and why is was so different from all the rest.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMr. Boonchuay Hirunyawit told us it was actually not his works and the only thing in the shop not done by him. But that several decades earlier a family member of the King of Nan Province came to him during some hard times and sold it for the weight cost of silver back then. It was a masterpiece one that even he could not recreate if he tried. In fact he claimed to us that the skill of this bowl could not be repeated in our time ever again. And that it was well over 100 years old.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSo we wondered why he had not sold it and he said because no one else really had noticed it like we had and as well it was fairly expensive compared to everything else in his shop. And plus that it was considered a lot of money to spend for someone living in a small country village like ours too.
